To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

2. Return Shipping Costs

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, ViiaShop LLC will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If a customer wishes to return an item for personal reasons, including a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

6. Exchanges

If an item is defective or arrives damaged, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.
